We’re excited to announce the completion of our Residence on the Green project, located in the peaceful mountain setting of North Carolina. With sweeping views of a lush golf course and a secluded location, this home strikes the perfect balance between privacy and tranquility.
Originally built in 2002 and spanning nearly 7,000 square feet, this is our largest residential project to date. The home’s traditional architecture provided a beautiful canvas for a full-scale interior refresh one that now embodies relaxed elegance with a modern edge.

Intricate wainscoting, elegant wallpapers, and luxurious finishes reflect a thoughtful blend of classic charm and contemporary living. Natural light pours into the main living space, kitchen, and custom mini bar ideal for entertaining while nine feet of panoramic glass doors open up to a stunning deck overlooking the fairway.
The primary suite is a true retreat, featuring a double-sided fireplace and a spa inspired bathroom. On the lower level, a private-entry guest studio complete with its own kitchen, full bath, and ample storage provides a welcoming, self-contained experience for visitors.
